The fourth part is the system implementation, to describe the detailed design of each functional module, and run a detailed test for the system. The fifth part is the summary and forecast, to conduct a comprehensive review and summary for the development process of the system and raise a new prospect for the system.The system realizes the function of system login, system management, organizational personnel management, information management, query statistics, early warning management, data management and report management. System login realize the window and function design for user login, the user can enter the system and do related options through the login window. The functions of system management to realize the setting system administrator and manage the password; the organizational personnel management is mainly carries on the management of the institutions of system and information of personnel; information management and query statistics is the main function of realizing the data acquisition and analysis of the system. Early warning management functions, firstly to set up the personnel and units warning, then give them a warning alert; the main function of the data management is to backup data and manage the backup data; the last function is report management, the main work is to manage the report, it can download offline files; in additional, the system also including the other basic functions such as return and exit.
