Research On Project Management Implementation Of ERP In Power Company

Computer is playing more and more important role during today’s life. How to manage company with the help of computer effectively and improve company performance has already a focus question. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is playing a role in decision and support in company. Although ERP implementation project management is crucial during the ERP system implementation also.This paper applies project management, enterprise resource planning and some theory of software engineering. It combines ERP implementation, application and analyzation of typical practical case in company nowadays, and give ERP system implementation in the field of power industry from the corner of project management.The second chapter given ERP’s character, definition, core theory, act. Explain them from the different aspect from project management definition, content, character and implement step. And explain how to implement ERP system.From the third chapter, it is the core chapter in this paper. This chapter mainly analyzed the specific example from the corner of ERP implement project management. The first it given ERP implement project management from the aspect of project proposal, project analyzation, and project organization and project standard. The second it was analyzed from the corner of project issue, project result and project risk, and combine the example in power industry, and given the solution of control risk.The fourth chapter researched issue of power industry during the project implementation. Firstly it given the experienced during ERP implementation project management, and then it analyzed mistake during ERP implementation project management. Lastly this paper researched defeated and given the effective suggestion to ERP implementation in home and it also help others enterprise.Lastly it summarized ERP implementation project management in the field of power industry. It has included precise theory and detailed cases. As the limited time and the business confidential system, the more applied cases will be researched later.
