Application Research On Individual Soldier Operating System For Expressway Industry

Along with the rapid development of social economy,the rapidly growing in tourist traffic and the increasing of the hazards, it is hard to provide a more complete and effective support for expressway operational monitoring, emergency command scheduling and emergency security. How to improve management benefit with IT technique and institutional innovation has been a problem of expressway operation management which is needed to be solved urgently. Currently, traditional monitoring equipment has not meet the needs of the road transportation and other industries to wireless mobile monitoring. Although some equipment, such as digital camera, DV, can execute job of mobile recording and scene evidence obtaining, but they can’t perform data uploading in real time and synchronized monitoring Working in background.Following the expansion of countrywide tech-road construction and popularization of proven technique, such as3G,GPS,GIS, it not only has imperious demands,and also has realistic technique base to optimize managing road business by mobile Individual soldier system and improve business management and transaction processing’s efficiency, flexibility, accuracy and low-cost. Through the terminal of3G individual soldier system, we can collect information, receive, estimate, make decision, distribute and feedback to remote mobile emergency to support event process.This thesis discussed that individual soldier operating system’s exploration in the development of IT of expressway, and by means of continuously deep application research, makes method of road maintenance, vehicle detecting and security management of service area bring about great changes. As basis of estimating response capability of "Wisdom Expressway" command and dispatching system, the veracity and timeliness of the position and status information are also important part of achieving to-the-end visual command management.This paper systematically summarized current situation of individual soldier system and expressway’s relative demands to individual soldier job, and also providing a systematical demand analysis. Meanwhile, it also discussed the design, implementation and thinking of the individual soldier operating system in the industry of expressway and give a full-scale discussion on system design. And what’s more, it systematically researched the implementation of individual soldier operating system, and explained the whole implementation solution of individual soldier operating system by means of deeply application research to individual soldier operating system and individual soldier management system.
