Design And Implementation Of Ward Nursing Information System

Nowadays,with the rapid development of computer industry and information technology,informatization of a hospital reflects the quality of medical services entirely,besides,it also becomes the most important part of competitiveness.Ward nursing information system is the most important part of hostpital information system(HIS),it is used for common ward nursing and brings about paperless nursing work,and improves the efficiency of ward nursing greatly.Ward nursing information system usually includes six function modules below,system settings,business management,ward management,nursing records management,query statistics and system maintenance,those modules give functions of bed distribution,bed exchange,changing department,dealing with doctor’s advice and nursing records,dispensing and drugdeclining in ward.This paper describes the development and current situation of ward nursing information system first,then with the analysis of operation flow of ward nursing information system and practical needs of First Hospital of Lanzhou University,we take advantage of information system developing technology,and give analysis and design of ward nursing information system,finally realized it.main work as follows:First,based on market investigation of ward nursing information system and familiarity with work glow of ward nursing,demand analysis confirmed.Secondly,overall design proposed after confirmation of demand analysis,then basic function modules of ward nursing information system confirmed.Thirdly,each function modules and system interfaces of ward nursing information system designed detailedly.Finally, gave the summary and looking into the distance of whole system.
