Design And Realization Of Network Video Monitoring System Based On Embedded Server

As computer network technology, multimedia technology and the rapiddevelopment of Web technology, video surveillance society expanding the businessscope, so monitoring system from the traditional to the set of video surveillance securitymonitoring, information management platform integrated monitoring and managementdirection.This objective is to design, implement a set of real-time data collection,transmission, processing and information management an integrated application system.System adopts B/S architecture, computer network technology as the core, combinedwith digital video technology, multimedia communication and digital storagetechnologies, modular structure design, and media control through ActiveX technologyto integrate with the browser, direct access to Web browsing device to complete userinteraction with the system, visit the area to monitor the unprecedented breadth.The major research work and contribution of this dissertation are as follows:1．At the requirements analysis, the paper has discussed the basics necessaryknowledge in the development of network video monitoring system based on embeddedserver, and combined with the needed requirements of the system to be discussed, andanalyzed the whole system’s requirements and features need to be implemented.2．At the system design, the paper has discussed the structure of the system and itsworkflow, and then the paper will divide the whole system into various small modules,and show the detailed designing process of these modules.3．At the system implementation, firstly, the paper has introduced the basictechnology of the network video monitoring system and its database design. Secondly,the paper has used the idea of hierarchical design to implement the system, analysis andresearch the import part of each hierarchical. Finally, the paper had discussed theintegration of each hierarchical.4．At the system test, the paper will test the whole system according to the moduleswe have divided, record and analyze the test results, and make the system morerobustness and stability.By the above, the research and implementation, the system has finished thefunction of video preview, video playback, digital maps, logs management, system management, business operations, system configuration, and so on. The system caneasily configure the access control power dynamically, and has smart configuration andpowerful function. Additionally, the system has flexible networking system and strongapplicability.
