With the rapid development of science and technology and the progress of society,the computer has gone deep into the fields. In the enterprise, people are constantlyexploring new methods of the new management model, in order to improve themanagement capacity, enhance their market competitiveness.In a network marketing business management, personnel management occupy notpeep the status, the science of Personnel Management allows businesses with cohesionand combat effectiveness, helps to enhance the work efficiency and enable enterprisesto remain unbeaten in the same areas of the industry ground.Nanchang dandelion network marketing enterprise personnel management systemfor the actual situation of the the dandelion network marketing enterprise, developed aset of scientific, practical management software.This thesis discusses in detail the network marketing enterprise personnelmanagement system design and development of the whole process.First, through field research, collecting the user’s needs. Extract by functionalblock diagram of the system should have the main function. And usethe package diagram overall personnel management system will be designed to containfile management, attendance management, personnel changes, evaluations, staff training,and system management six subsystems framework. On this basis, in order toattendance management subsystem class diagram that shows the system configurationof the detailed design results, and to interact with the system diagram shows the detailed design results. In addition, the use of ER diagrams to analyze and construct the systemdatabase structure.Again, the results based on the design of the system to achieve, given systemoperating environment. Result of the operation through the interface that describesemployees file management, attendance management, employee incentive management,staff training and management module implementation and key code.The actual operation of the system to achieve the enterprise personnel informationmanagement modernization, information technology, scientific, for businesses andemployees have brought help.In this paper, the future development and application of similar systems with goodreferences and reference value.
