| In order to reduce the economic capital occupation effectively, and further improve economic returns on capital, the banking industry began to focus on economic capital and meticulous management; committed to the optimal combination of credit assets and credit best allocation of resources, objective and true assessment of customer credit rating; reasonably determined loans term, increasing enhanced comprehensive bargaining power; improved the loan guarantee factor and accelerated the pace of recovery and disposal of non-performing assets, in order to constantly improve the level of economic capital management.It is of great significance to build a complete, effective integration with the bank credit operations, but also serve the bank’s customers, objective and impartial evaluation of the level of return on economic capital, after a rigorous evaluation of the implementation of management to achieve integrated to maximize efficiency. This dissertation follows the modern software engineering-related ideas in the economic capital for existing customers calculation methods based on the combination of business and risk management of bank credit to the actual needs, proposes new economic return on capital requirements and commences the detailed analysis. Based on the requirements analysis, the system’s goals and technical architecture are determined. The system functional modules are divided and the system database is design. Finally the system implementation is described.The system is the supplementary loan pricing calculation template of the head office, on the one hand based on customer qualifications, calculated using the difference between the letter means each loan target rate of return on economic capital, on the other hand can be summarized on a monthly basis for my line of processing customers to bring the revenues and costs, and to calculate the actual return on economic capital, in order to guide the implementation of single loan pricing and loan evaluation and management.
