With the prosperity and development of the battery industry, the new model battery performance research, battery management strategies research need to quickly implement test strategies by the model to quickly realize the actual test, and it can according to the manufacturer’s own testing program, to facilitate the choice of test methods. Meanwhile, the data acquisition speed and accuracy requirements, and powerful.In this paper, we studied the control system software of battery test platform, focusing on Simulink mixed with C#programming method, the main results are as follows:Summarizes current the major methods Simulink mixed with different software programming, and a brief description of these methods, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages, and combined with the actual situation of the current C#programming mixed with Simulink no research, with my own conditions, the C#programming mixed with Simulink were studied.We select Simulink coming with tools to generate C code, then use other tools to generate DLL method.According to the whole process of the study, first we use the method to generate DLL files manually, then verification result is correct, according to the manual building process requires handwritten code, use regular expressions and other programming, so that at last the whole manual process automatically, and finally using simulated data to simulate software simulation and Simulink simulation, and contrast the results correct, complete the software testing.After the software is completed, we build the entire battery test platform,this battery test platform is composed by Yokelier lOkw battery test equipment, Yineng battery management equipment set, a set of software testing, software testing process for the first test, then the test results once saved, data import Simulink simulation validation, the data saved into Simulink after verification, the two results are basically the same, complete the verification work.Finally, this paper summarizes the content of the work, and presence the lack, indicate the direction of future research.
