Beidou Satellite Navigation System is designed by our country independently, which has important position in military, economy, livelihood and other aspects of our life. The system is mainly composed of three parts, including space constellation, ground center and receiving terminal. The receiving terminal is the application layer of the Beidou Satellite Navigation System, which is composed of three parts:antenna part, baseband system, display and control system. Display and control system is an important bridge for the users of Beidou Satellite Navigation System, which is responsible for display, control and coordination of the entire user terminal working state. Therefore, research on the terminal’s display and control system has the important theoretical significance and practical value.This thesis studies the Beidou navigation terminal display and control system, in which the core processor S3C6410of ARM11is the kernel of the embedded platform and carries Windows CE embedded operating system.Based on the function requirement as the starting point, this thesis made the detailed research and design from two aspects, hardware design and software design. In hardware design, the adoption of the ARM11as the core hardware platform has greatly improved its performance and functionality; the conversion circuit of SP1-CAN enables the system to have the ability of complex electromagnetic environment communication; the reservation of many interfaces makes the display and control system hardware circuit have good scalability. In software design, the customization development of embedded operating system based on Windows CE ensures the stability and security of the system; the use of the SD card to download and upgrade makes the writing in operating system more convenient; the conversion circuit drivers can ensure normal operation of CAN function. The experimental results show that the design of the terminal’s display and control system can make the navigation application software run smoothly, and has the advantages of downloading or upgrading conveniently, communicating stably.
