Aiming at the shortcoming that the traditional inertial navigation unit testing system only has the function of receiving and sending data,not includes the function of displaying and saving data.This article designs a embedded testing system could receive,display,save and uploading the RS-232data(the state information of the inertial navigation unit in different position,rate and temperature) outputted by4inertial navigation units simultaneously.First of all,the thesis introduces inertial navigation system and the development, inertial navigation unit test technology and embedded system, at the same time discusses the main research contents and overall structure arrangement. Then compared several common processor chip and transmission scheme with a PC, hardware adopted S3C6410microprocessor as the control core, software using the Windows CE operating system. Finally put forward the three ways to design WinCE operating system application, after considering the advantages and disadvantages of these three methods, chose the Windows SDK to design the WinCE applications for data reception, display, storage and upload. Using VS2005designed PC applications, it is able to complete the corresponding data processing in PC.The system design contains hardware design and software design. The modularized structure is used in the design of hardware in order to speed up the development progress,mainly divided the core board and the bottom board.S3C6410core board made by Forlinx is used as the system core board,it contains the S3C6410microprocessor,DDR SDRAM memory,NandFlash memory etc.The corresponding function module which mainly include the serial port circuit,the LCD touch screen circuit,the USB interface circuit and the Ethernet interface circuit is extended in the bottom board. Software, first complete the Windows CE6.0 porting on hardware platforms, and then designed the WinCE operating system application and the PC application. Using multithreading technology in WinCE applications, by creating a thread to receive the data of each serial communication port, in the thread to complete the corresponding data processing, display and storage. The socket technology is made use of in the communication between the WinCE application and the PC application, and the data transmission is completed through the UDP protocol.Finally, the whole system was tested, and the test results have been analyzed at the same time. According to the test results show that the system can real-time accurate receive output data of four inertial navigation products, and display, store and upload. At the same time, all functions of the test system can be fulfilled the requirements of the design, which can be run stably and reliably.
