Comparative Study On Self-discipline Sino-British Internet Governance In The Industry

Recently, the problems of the Internet industry are increasingly prominent. It reflects not only on the products of the Internet, but also on the industry of the Internet. Thus the society emphasizes on the governance of the Internet industry more and more. However, the effect on law governance and technology governance is very limited. This paper is standing on the point of Internet industry and analyzes the problems of Internet industry formal operation from the perspective of macroscopic background. And this paper makes comparison between China and Britain on the self-regulation on the Internet industry governance to expect to improve it.The paper includes four parts. The first part analyzes the background, meaning, methods and innovation of the paper. The second part introduces the origination and development of the Internet, makes explanation on the meaning, principles, body and methods of Internet governance, summarizing the system, regularity, contrail and meaning of the Internet industry governance. The third part makes emphasis on the meaning of self-regulation of Internet industry between China and England and describes the characteristics of England Internet industry. Based on the characters of China Internet industry, author points out the drawbacks of it. The fourth part is about feasible measures on the drawbacks of China Internet industry.The paper concentrates on practical recently needs of Internet construction. By analyzing the operation system and new meaning of self-regulation of the Internet industry, author wants to change the governance problems of the Internet industry, avoid the restrictions and repeat of the governance. And the Internet industry self-regulation measures which the paper puts foreword is feasible and cost-saving, which is the best methods of China Internet governance.
