Design And Implementation Of Housing Registration Management System

In recent years, domestic housing industry has been rapidly developing, with growing business volume of housing registration, as people’s living standard improves step by step. However, it also brings huge work pressure to traditional housing registration office. In order to realize a scientific and modern housing registration system, avoid the wrong registration, and improve the efficiency and quality of housing registration business management, an integrate housing registration management system needs to be developed.First of all, this dissertation states the research background and significance of housing registration management system and introduces the relevant techniques, including B/S structure, Java technique, and Oracle database technology, needed to construct this system. Then, this paper analyzes the business requirements and functional requirements of this system, which include acceptance function, verification function, sealing function, sending function, inquiry function, and management function. In accordance with the requirements of the system, which consists of acceptance module, verification module, sealing module, sending module, inquiry module, and management platform, this dissertation makes detailed designs about the system structure, main functions, database structure, and so on. In the end, the functions of this system are realized and tested.This system has realized the basic business functions. Meanwhile, considering the functionality and safety of the system, relevant safety control measures have been put forward. This system has perfect functions, friendly interface, and accurate data. Being used universally, this system provides a good database for the data analysis and statistics. It has practical significance to improve the housing registration management level.
