With the rapid development of Chinese economy, an increasing number of enterprises come into the market, which means the larger scale and the more staff. Thus, it’s difficult to manage the information of the staff and other relevant information. To manage the information effectively and provide a basis for future decision, it’s necessary to rely on advanced computer information technology. Human resource is the core of business management and it has been part and parcel of the business management culture. Considering of the background, it’s becoming more and more important to develop a human resource management system that can meet the needs of enterprises.In this study, we firstly investigated the human resource needs of the enterprise, and then designed and completed the human resource management system. The framework of this system is set up using Struts2+Spring+Hibernate. Based on the requirement analysis of the system, it can be divided into several functional modules: staff management, payment management, performance assessment, train management, statistic analysis, authority management and data management. We designed the system based on the hardware and software environment, and then introduced each module. This system used systematic programming and improved the practicability of the system.This system has been in use, which makes the managers master the trends of the company and provides support for arrangement of human resource. On the other hand, the system reduces workload of staff in the HR department and improves the efficiency of the entire company.
