With the development of informatiization. Information technology has been widely usedin the management of university. The Campus Card, as a sign of digital campus, bridges allkinds of management system of the campus. It takes convenience for both teachers andstudents. Moreover, it improves the efficiency of the management system.In recent years, the campus card system has been widely used in various campuses. Itadopts a smart card to store partial information of cardholders and uses a read-write terminalto collect the use record. The record data will be transmitted and stored by computer networkand database technique. Then the data will be processed by a computer with powerfulanalysis capabilities to achieve identification of cardholders and other related applications.The usage of campus card improves the financial management of the school and themanagement efficiency. Moreover, it accelerates the capital return rate and reducesmanagement costs. The campus card integrates data sharing and school construction into anapplication system, improving the information technology of school management.We focus on the design and implementation of the vocational college campus card. Thecampus card system is designed for uniform standards of various card systems used incampus. It builds a unified platform for card application of campuses to solve theincompatible and inefficiency of current card systems. It can integrate meal card, library card,bank card, hot card, bathing card, electricity card, machine card, access card into one campuscard.Based on the situation of a certain vocational college, this paper proposes the overalldesign and the implement of the campus card. We first describe the requirement and thecurrent implement of campus cards, for providing the background and foundation for ourwork. Then we illustrate the overall design of the campus card of the vocational college inChapter II. The overall design is founded on the analysis of the current situation and theobjective of the vocational college. Chapter III presents the hardware platform design of thecampus card, incorporating the campus card network design, communicating design, carddesign, terminal equipment design and openness design of campus cards. In Chapter VI, weanalyze software platform design and introduce system platform design, campus cardmanagement platform design and application platform design of campus cards. We thenintroduce the project test of campus card system, including hardware platform, softwareplatform and terminal testing. Finally, we summarize the paper in Chapter V.
