| Nowadays, whether the management of product is good or bad directly affects the strategy of product line for a company and then influences the fulfillment of the overall strategy of a company. So more and more companies focus on management of product. By this way, no matter automotive industry, FMCG industry or IT industry, they all get delightful results. However, some products belong to OSS product line of Gloryscience Co. Ltd. Face great challenge on the market and even meet the predicament---being forced offline by customers. Under these circumstances, this paper takes product line OSS of Gloryscience Co. Ltd. as object of study.Planning of product has long-term development in various industries at home and abroad, but in radio film and television field the study and practice of product planning is in sufficient. This study is a crisis management attempt happened in the practical work in Gloryscience Co. Ltd. of the author, use the analysis tool such as SWOT and PEST, in which the author analyzes the development condition of the company, organization, product management status and existing problems and conducted a questionnaire survey on actual customers and agents. Besides, by system analysis of acquired data and taking the actual situation of the company into consideration, the author devises the project of product planning for Gloryscience Co. Ltd. And product management process, which have been incorporated in the CMMI L3management system of the company.The study of OSS product line of Gloryscience Co. Ltd. Would be very helpful to improve the overall ability of product management and provide strategic support to realize the overall strategy of the company, on the one hand, and would help the company to maintain the industry leading position since Gloryscience Co. Ltd.is in the head of radio, film and television field on the other hand. |
