The New Mongolian-chinese Online Translation Based On The Android Platform

New Mongolian is also called Slavic Mongolian or Cyril Mongolian, its word is restructured on the basis of the Russian. After May1945, Mongolia had been using the Cyrillic Mongolian until today. In recent years, with China and Mongolia’s exchanges going to deepen, the economic and trade relations between the two countries develop rapidly, and China has been Mongolia’s largest trading partner for10years in succession. In addition, with the rapid development of Mongolia’s technology, a mobile phone system which can translate New Mongolian into Chinese has extremely important practical significance and can also promote China and Mongolia’s economy, technology and cultural exchanges.This article mainly expounds the new Mongolian-Chinese online translation’s development technology and implementation method based on Android platform, and it has implemented the transplant process from original PC running new Mongolian-Chinese machine translation system to Android smartphones. The implemented new Mongolian-Chinese online translation system can run on Android4.0and above on the smartphones, and its online machine translation can be realized through the mobile client access server. This paper first introduces the Mongolian-Chinese electronic dictionary and Android platform electronic dictionaries’research status at home and abroad, and introduces the primary technology and the system’s overall design. The article then introduces the two aspects respectively from the client and the server in detail. Finally, the article shows each functional module of the system.
