| Intelligent monitoring system has the characteristics of convenient operation, fast response, intuitive interface. Home monitoring system is the key component of intelligent home security system. With the improvement of people’s living standard, the requirements on the quality of life is becoming more and more significant. The wireless network has rapidly developed, which makes network application easy. Especially the rapid development in computer communication technology, network transmission technology, video image processing technology and related hardware resource improving make it increasingly perfect. The development of video monitoring mode of traditional, changed wired transmission into wireless transmission, passive monitoring into active monitoring.3G and WiFi wireless network, provides a perfect solution to the intelligent monitoring system. Not only does it save the resource cost, but also increase the terminal mobility and portability.This paper mainly studies the home active video surveillance system based on wireless network. The difference between the active and passive surveillance is the former can both reduce human intervention and executive designated task. This active characteristics are basically behaved in image analysis and understanding, video code and decode. Research on key technology of active video surveillance, including building the Linux environment, detectiving moving object, setting alarm system, doing video coding and decoding, transmitting real-time image. Make overall design and needs analysis aim to the system. It captures images and send to remote server. The large bandwidth of the WiFi network to solve the influence of real-time video image transmission rate. Choose Hisense hi3520into video processor, and build the cross compile environment. What’s more, combined with the H.264video compression coding, improve the quality system. The system can monitor target region, be reacted to abnormal moving object and extract abnormal frame, then transmit it, meanwhile alarm in time. The high transmission rate will ensure the real-time transmission of high-definition video photo. The whole architecture is B/S. A PC is used the browser, which set up the linux operation. The server uses ARM11embedded development board with the linux operating system and program. Test shows that the system do not focus the event detection and remote monitor, then upload the abnormal frame. It is convenient and efficient compased with traditional ones. |
