Electronic Made to Measure (eMTM) is an emerging garment production, it applies computer technology, information technology and network technology to the production of human modeling clothing, body analysis, anthropometry, costume design, style selection, ordering clothing, garment production and combines all of these aspects, in order to realize efficient and convenient digital garment production. According to limited two-dimensional information provided by users, eMTM extracts data of human characteristics, selects relevant templates, makes adjustments and assembly the templates to generate personalized virtual mannequin. Then eMTM gets the required parameters from the created mannequin, produces personalized clothing. eMTM production has become a research focus and hot spots domestic and abroad in the field of apparel production and academic area, and will become an important development direction in modern garment production.This paper explores to establish three-dimensional digital garment prototype on the generated mannequin.With reference to the relationship and structure of the human body and clothing, we pose a generation mode of personalized digital garment prototype, emphatically analyzes and resolves the problem of the following key issues:1.Through analysis and comparing existing method of generating garment prototype, we propose a personalized three-dimensional digital garment prototype generation mode;2.0n the model of personalized virtual mannequin, we put forward the parameters definition of the digital garment prototype;3. We study the key parts of the three-dimensional digital garment prototype-collar and long sleeves, human body structure, propose the generation algorithm of collar and long sleeves. Finally, we demonstrate the effectiveness of this method by experiments.
