With rapid development of bridge and deep sea engineering andvarious collapse accident occurring frequently, online measurement for structurehas been taken more and more seriously. The topic will be on the basis ofexisting research, in a simple and easy to install and achieve considerableaccuracy structure principle, design two-dimensional non-contact strainmeasurement system.To address the common sensor design structure review,installation difficulties, high costs and vulnerability to environmental impact isdifficult to achieve accurate measurements and other issues.The main subject of study of two-dimensional strain measurement systembased on optical mouse sensor, according to the working pri nciple of opticalmouse sensor, through the three optical mouse sensor structure designed toachieve non-contact measurement of two-dimensional plane strain.Through thesensor modeling analysis to determine the structural design of the sensor, andfor the design of the sensor error sources studied sensor error correction method.Experiments show that the sensor designed to achieve millimeter deformationstrain measurement within the scope of the request.Online monitoring of the system data acquisition circuit is divided into twoparts: a two-dimensional strain sensor communication system data acquisitionsystems and wireless modules.Data acquisition system uses ALTERA’s cycloneⅡ series EP2C5Q208C8N as the master chip, to achieve the three-dimensionalstrain sensor optical mouse sensor synchronous parallel data acquisition andcommunication through the serial port to transfer data to the wirelessmodule.Communication system based on the use of wireless module CC2530transceiver chip and Zigbee protocol for wireless networks, the wireless networkis built to connect the star network consists of a coordinator node and a pluralityof terminal nodes.Terminal node monitoring data collected from sensors andwireless transmitter, the coordinator node receives data from the terminal nodeand sent to the host computer display port via USB, the ultimate realization ofreal-time monitoring.
