Design And Implementation Of Industrial And Commercial Registration Management System

Under the information technology development of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, it developments and designs the industrial and commercial registration management system combined with the actual situation of the business. The industrial and commercial registration is the core foundation of the entire industry and commerce administrative enforcement, its information technology can promote the information integration process of the industrial and commercial management. According to the standard specification and policy documents’ provisions of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, it makes the system research, system development, system deployment, system operation and system maintenance well, then developments and designs the industrial and commercial registration management system well. And it can realize the centralized management of data standardize business process of industrial and commercial registration management, achieve interconnection between different applications, support access and integration of heterogeneous systems, support for the old and new systems migration better.From the existing business enterprise registration of the industrial and commercial administration departments, this paper collects difficulties and problems in the routine work at the industrial and commercial administration departments of the grassroots bureau, collates the existing rules and regulatory requirements of the registration, combs the daily acceptance work flow, standardizes acceptance procedure and optimizes processes by the delineation of the relevant regulations and authorizations, makes the registration more standardized and streamlined. It contains:name registration, domestic registration, foreign registration, individual registration and systems management etc. It focuses on solving the key problem of data collection inaccurate, business process irregularities, work inefficiency and so on.2. Using the waterfall model of software engineering along the whole designing process, this thesis introduces business requirements, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, system architecture design, system functional design, and database design of the industrial and commercial registration management system. This thesis shows the function realization environment, interface design, the code of the key functional modules and the testing result of functional and performance of the main modules.After the implementation of the system development, it can meet the daily work requires and operate steady, provides a convenient, fast and user-friendly interface and standardize business processes, changes outdated management model and inefficient work more obviously, solves the data collection inaccurate and business process irregularities.
