| Civil air defense system construction is the most important composition of the national defenseconstruction, which concerns the security of the people’s property and life at future war or inemergency, especially the construction of information systems is of great important. The rapidgrowth of information society inevitably requires the construction of the civil air defense systemproject should keep pace with the times. Reliable communication system can assist people inbuilding effective command center swiftly in case of war and sudden natural disaster. It turns outthat disaster early warning, as the basic ways of air defense and disaster defense, can lower thelosses of people and property brought by the disasters to its minimum limit. So having a safe andsolid warning communication system is of great significance.This article, combined with present situation of the city antiaircraft system, emphaticallyresearches about the wireless warning issuance system, designs the terminal of the civil air defensewarning control system which is used to realize the individual control, centralized control, and alsocan receive the feedback of alarm execution state from the control terminal, complete informationexchange.This paper first provides the architecture of the alarm control system, meanwhile, analyzed it’scharacteristic. On this basis, proposed Wi-Fi and GPRS wireless control scheme followed with acorresponding demonstration and analysis. Secondly, designed the software and hardware system ofthe controlling terminal, expounded the composition of each part of the system in detail, specificallydescribed some key circuits in the Wi-Fi and GPRS system. Then formulated the terminal software,communications protocol and encryption algorithm, designed the test software on the host computerso as to verify and evaluate the system. Finally debugged the system, analyzed and summarized thetest results, and discussed the shortcomings of the system and prospected the further work.The civil air defense warning control terminal designed in this article, which used the resourceof Wi-Fi network in wireless city and GPRS network of mobile communication, is a supplement ofcurrent cabled control network. Not only for the war service, in most cases could play an importantrole in the daily disaster early warning, and also have good scalability. |
