Development Of Plan Project Management System Based On JBPM Workflow

With the development of enterprises information, especially the coming up of theERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) concept, office efficiency of the enterprisebecomes the key factor. At present, the management system used by AGRS is still theregular OA system, which has some problems. For example, through a lot ofdepartment comments,the approval process is complex, implemented in a verycomplex and difficult way to maintain code; office collaboration among departments,the flow of information and the sharing effect is not ideal; AGRS’ plan projectinvolves many departments to manage itself, but the original system is very difficultto meet the demand.According to the current situation, system introduce the jBPM workflowengine technology to solve some problems of the original system. The jBPMworkflow has the congenital advantage to solve the problem. For approval process,jBPM provides process design tools.Defining a workflow, each department serve forthis workflow, no longer act for one’s own free will, so that, inter departmentalcollaboration can efficiently complete the approval of project.Therefore,we developedthe plan project management system based on jBPM workflow.Technology used by project management system based on jBPM workflow ismature.Of course, as the development of Webpage management system, we use theclassic MVC design pattern. About the specific framework,we use SSH (Struts2.0.+Spring+Hibernate).using the SSH framework make the project hierarchy clear,coupling degree low, and the project easy to manage. although jBPM workflowtechnology relatively "new", it has become the trend of development, is used by manywell-known projects,therefore,this project have introduced jBPM workflowtechnology. About the database, we use Oracle which is a powerful product.Based on the system requirement, this project established a special "workflowmanagement" module, it mainly achieve the process design,approvaldefinition,management process definition,workflow user definition, workflow releaseand other functions,so that,we can manage the work flow from the whole view,to dealwith the change of business process.At the same time, we embedded in some of the features of jBPM workflow in the original "high-precision aerogeophysical surveyplan project",to carry out the "send" and check approval opinions on our work project.We also design process module.The to-do list, approval process and the workflow logfunctions provides a convenient way for processing workflow. Aerial remote centercan easily, conveniently, efficiently manage this project through the system.
