Enterprise strategic development, practical production and management needs, prompting the digitalization construction of oil and gas field production, from a national perspective, Wells station RTU of coverage was only about10%, much of the production data still rely on manual records, there are poor data quality, incomplete data content, data sharing difficulties, inadequate data management capabilities and many other issues. Through repeated practice and research, after oil and gas production achieving the organic combination of automation equipment and information systems. Constantly improve enterprise management level, optimize production processes, reduce labor intensity, organization continue streamline, decrease operational costs, and continuous improvement production safety. Change the way of productive development, play an actual role of production management, played a significant effect.According to SCADA system construction technical scheme in design requirement of RTU, unattended well station control system to deal with the parameters, acquisition equipment data, to achieve the process and device status control. Transfer data to control center, acceptance and implementation control center instruction. When the communication with control center interrupted can completion control production site independent, ensure production safety and normal. In this paper, MSP430microcontroller as the microprocessor, combined with GPRS communication technology, EDA technology, embedded technology, design and implement a set of remote data acquisition system based on GPRS.The monitoring terminal in order to realize the site information such as temperature,pressure,and flow,design the RS-485interface and AD collection port, design10interface realize the control command, in order to realize the remote wireless data transmission, designed the GPRS module, and designed power modules for each module. Depending on each module draw electrical schematics, and ultimately convert to PCB circuit board.Based on each module of circuit prepare the drivers, so that the whole circuit board hardware can work properly, then depending on the system to realize the function of data acquisition and remote transmission, preparation the application, design and implementation of RTU and intelligent sensor, RTU communication protocol with the monitoring center. Ultimately meet the needs of the monitoring terminal system. This article provides a design and solutions for the type of monitoring terminal system.
