The Design And Implementation Of The Project Management System Based On B/S Structure

With the acceleration of economic globalization, domestic enterprises have more opportunities to go abroad, and it also face the increasing competitive pressure. Thus they have an urgent need to find a way to improve competitiveness. Improve efficiency, reduce costs has become the choice of many domestic enterprises.To achieve this purpose, the domestic enterprises continue to make an attempt at building information. From the earliest office automation management system software to the small separation, to now a very wide range of applications ERP, information technology and constantly improve the level of domestic enterprises. After that, entrepreneurs on the ERP system have higher requirements. But in the past, the focus areas of ERP, such as finance, human resources, has developed more perfect. It is very difficult to have a large room for improvement, so some previously been neglected corner of ERP products to get enough attention.Project management is the case. Our project management started much later than abroad, and the concept of project management and domestic enterprises often exactly the opposite. Therefore, the development of a suitable Chinese enterprise to improve the project management system is imperative. In this paper, drawing on the basis of Huainan Mining multiple users, such as Hong Kong and China Gas on demand, we design and implement a project management system.Firstly, on the basis of the discussion of project management systems development background and the question need to be settled, we analyzed the functional requirements of the system and non-functional requirements, and analyzed the project management system with use case diagram, flow chart in detail. On the basis of the needs analysis, we analyzed the architecture and logical structure of the system. The system uses B/S way to run. Architecture is divided into three layers, the technical framework layer, application framework layer, system framework layer; three-tier application reduces the complexity of software systems. Logical architecture shows the logical relationship between project management system documents between four modules. Then we carried out a detailed design for the system focused on documents and core technology development process. And measure-index, index-template, index-plan, and Reported completions as an example, we designed the process of the project management module. On the basis of the detailed design of each module is to achieve were displayed, including the overall effect diagram and document renderings. After the design implementation, we conducted a test on the system, described the hardware, software, systems, focusing on a detailed analysis of the test results. Finally, the application of our project management system is summarized, and summed up the problem of valuable experience in the development process and development process left.In summary, on base of the analysis of business needs and the needs of users in the past, we have designed and realized the project management system.
