The Design And Implementation Of The Data Exchange Platform Between HIS And Medical Insurance System

With the increasingly perfection of the Hospital Information System(HIS) and the expanding of the business volume on medical insurance in China, traditional settlement-twice operation mode has been unable to meet the actual needs of medical insurance informatization. Therefore, building the data exchange platform between HIS system and Medical insurance system has crucial realistic significance.The paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the information construction in medical insurance industry and the major grade3and first-class hospitals. From the perspective of HIS system, a data exchange platform between HIS system and medical insurance system on pre-database is designed. Firstly, it confirms the system requirements of the platform through the investigation and analysis of the hospital and the healthcare center respectively. Secondly, the overall design for the data exchange platform is proposed, including the choice of the interface scheme, the design of the system function structure and the database. Finally, the user interface functions and each module of the platform is implemented elaborately.Implementation of the data exchange platform between HIS system and Medical insurance system realizes the process of storage and transmission of medical data through one-time settlement. The seamless joint between HIS system and Medical insurance system ensure the efficient exchange of data and extensive resource sharing. Meanwhile, HIS system is effectively expanded and improved through the platform.
