| With manufacturing technology of stamping dies gradually toward information technology, high-SPieed production and development of high precision, CAD/CAM systems of die need to constantly improve their degree of SPiecialization, providing a complete and efficient solution for die design. The presence of grinding workload and poor product quality cover die for processing fillet. We developed the solution of concave fillet pretreatment in SINOVATION system. It supports the function of automatic batch processing concave fillet in die surface. Meet the needs of die company efficient, flexible product design.First, we discuss the pretreatment of concave fillet application system development and design of the project background and the problems faced by them, based on the analysis of the system’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and the system needs to flow diagrams and use case diagrams in the form of detailed desbeiption.Secondly, based on the needs analysis, we conducted the pretreatment of concave fillet application system architecture design. First, according to the system requirements of the system design goals and principles, and then were technical architecture and functionality of the system architecture design. Technology architecture mainly consider the system’s ease of use, scalability, maintainability and performance issues, using a modular, hierarchical architecture design methods, and the layers were each module and design analysis. In the functional architecture design, discusses the function of various parts of the system components, and finally gives a dynamic system function flow.Following the architecture design, this paper particularly designs this mechanical drawing application system. This section in accordance with the hierarchical and modular thinking to design system, and the design of each module are desbeibed, then gives the overall mechanical drawing application system diagram. In the understanding of the overall structure, based on needs analysis presented in scalability, fit and ease of use are discussed principles of the detailed design of each module.Fourthly, based on in the detailed design, the first of each module to achieve a brief introduction, the overall effect of the system is given diagrams and various parts of the implementation. Then focus on the implementation of pretreatment of concave fillet a detailed analysis.
