The Design And Implementation Of Internship System For Jinan Vocational College

School-enterprise cooperation is the school direction in vocational colleges, and personnel training of combining learning with working is an important form of school-enterprise cooperation, and internship is an important part in combining learning with working. Jinan Vocational College, as a comprehensive vocational college, has been put college student’s employment problems in an important place, In order to more quickly and efficiently seamlessly connect schools and community, college students need to make internships in the last year in corporate. In order to standardize the process of internships, strengthen the internships management, we need to build an effective internship management system to combine the school’s learning in efficient practice process to achieve education teaching objectives.The design and implementation of Jinan Vocational College internship system is divided into an introduction, requirements analysis, preliminary design and detailed design, implementation and testing, summary and outlook five parts. First, through the analysis of Jinan Vocational College internship management background, we proposed the shortcomings in similar systems which country has been exist. According to actual needs, we proposed Jinan Vocational College internships system overall demand. According to the system roles and corresponding division of business processes, we got the system’s various business functions. Technically, the system is based on B/S framework, the development language is JAVA, design pattern is MVC pattern, technical architecture is struts2framework. Then according to the requirements, we proposed system technical solutions and made corresponding module design to demand analysis functions, using UML class diagram and timing diagram for the detailed design description and completing internships system table design. Finally, according to the detailed design we achieved functional modules and tested.User roles in Jinan Vocational College internship system is divided into registry administrator, branch senate branch manager, professional teachers, business teacher and student. The system designs and implements six modules:information bulletin management system module, student internship enterprises basic information management module, teacher and student exchange module, student internships situation module, internship task management module and summary assessment module. The information bulletin management system module makes important announcements for different login user. The student internship enterprises basic information management module makes management and maintenance for basic information of internship grades, student interns and internship companies. The teacher and student exchange module can provide platform for students communicate with the instructor. The student internships situation module manages student actual internships situation. Internship task management module can manage the internship task. Summary assessment module manages summary and assessment after internship.After the system is running, it can easy to carry out and manage the college internship, better service for student internships, making internships truly play its role.
