Since the reform and opening up, the vigorous development of the SME has a strong impetusto China’s rapid economic growth, it has become the most dynamic important part of the nationaleconomy. The development of SMEs need financial support, in reality, however, the ifnancingdiiffculties of SMEs have not been solved effectively. The traditional ifnancing business cannotmeet the needs of this market. At the same time, the potential of the SME financing market isenormous; many financial institutions compete to launch many kinds of innovatory financialservices. The SME financing has been become a popular business. Any financial institutions haveto lunch substantial process in financial services innovation; otherwise, they will loss in thecompetition.The object of this paper, UPG Company, whose main business is SME ifnancing, is aifnancial institution. From the perspective of senior executives, this paper intends to analyze thecompany status and the company’s SME financing business problems, meantime, on the basis ofthe resources of existing domestic ifnancial markets, combined with the theory, put forwardpractical for UPG company with three SME financing innovation models: birdge and tunnel mode,the highway mode, the cloud ifnancing mode.The results of this paper intends to help the innovation and development of the UPGC’ompanys SME financing business. Meantime, the promotion of the innovative business not onlyhelps to solve the problem of financing of SMEs, but also pushes other ifnancial institutions inChina’s financial markets.
