A Study Of Returning Farmland To Forest Eiffciency Of Fund Utilization In The West And Sustainable Development

To improve the efficiency of returning farmland to forest funds investment is the basicrequirement of sustainable forestry as well as one of the key tasks of constructing modernforestry. The authors employs DEA method to calculate and decompose TFP growth inChina during2001-2005based on panel data with10provinces in the west.
