The market economy is constantly changing, enterprises want to be in an impregnable position in the market competition must comply with the development of market economy to change constantly. The change is not easy,it is hampered by various factors.This research adopts experimental research method to test the effect of episodic organizational change on individual level and the team level,and then put forward the corresponding management advice to facilitate the smooth implementation of the organizational change.Firstly,this paper reviews the theories of organizational change and goal orientation, then establish the hierarchical effect model of episodic organizational change and propose hypothesis of the correlation between the variables.Combined with the risk of innovation, dynamic integration, time constraints and network interaction of the four major characteristics of episodic organizational change,from the alpha, beta, gamma methods to design three experiments.Production questionnaire prepared by the previous credible scale,through grant questionnaires and eventually get 128 screening study sample, using spss.20 research software for analyzing survey data to explore the correlation between episodic organizational change and individual learning goal orientation,individual performance goal orientation,team trust and team identification.The results indicate that:(1)the innovation,dynamic integration and interactive characteristics of episodic organizational change has a significant positive effect on individual learning behavior;(2)individual learning goal orientation play a positive regulatory role between the innovation,dynamic integration and interactive characteristics of episodic organizational change and individual learning behavior,the individual performance goal orientation play a negative regulatory role between innovation,dynamic integration characteristics of episodic organizational change and individual learning behavior,team trust play a positive regulatory role between interactive characteristics of episodic organizational change and individual learning behavior;(3)In alpha, beta, gamma three experiments,interactive characteristic of episodic organizational change has a significant positive effect on team trust,team identification play a positive regulatory role between them;(4)in the pre-experimental test,interactive characteristic of episodic organizational change has a non-significant positive effect on team trust,team identification can not be a regulatory role between them.Secondly,discuss and analyze the research results, and puts forward some suggests for enterprise practical activity:(1)the enterprises should establish learning organization and strengthen staff training, to continuously improve their own comprehensive qualities;(2)the enterprises should strengthen the team construction and strengthen the interaction and communication between team members to build trust among them;(3)enterprises should pay attention to the scale of team to improve employee participation and satisfaction.Finally,point out the shortcomings in this paper,like the data is not sufficient, the research object is not targeted, the inherent defects of experimental research.In order to test the effect of episodic organizational change on the level of the individual and team,in the future the study can be experimental sites in real scene.
