With the further opening-up to the outside world,social responsibility thought beganto affect Chinese corporate. And accompany with Chinese economic rapidlydevelopment, many kind of problem, such as environment pollution, fake shoddygoods, lake of integrity, come together, which cause the corporate and government tore-examine the enterprise behavior from the relationship between enterprises andsocial.2006, The central government clearly put forward a grand blueprint of buildinga socialist harmonious society in2020, which promote social responsibility to becomea hot topic. But most of existing research on corporate social responsibilityinformation disclosure is based on the theoretical foundation of the western countries,Less of them study the influence of Chinese special economic institutionalcharacteristics on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information.Political rent-seeking theory provides a train of thought for my research. This paperbasing on the theory of Political Economics Analysis influencing factors of corporatesocial responsibility information disclosure from the perspective of politicalrent-seeking, and use the empirical analysis. The study shows that comparing withprivate enterprise, state-own corporate disclosure more information. The proportion ofbiggest shareholder and financial risk are negative to corporate social informationdisclosure index, Ownership concentration and corporate size is positive to corporatesocial information disclosure index. After classification according to the nature ofownership, multiple regression analysis on non-state-owned firms and state-ownedfirms fond that size, financial risk and corporate social responsibility informationdisclosure are significant correlation for state-owned firms, Ownership concentrationand corporate social responsibility information disclosure index for non-state-ownedfirms.
