Astudy On The Evaluation System Of The High-tech Enterprise’ Financial Management

In recent years, the theory and practice field has paid close attention to thefinancial management problems that both at home and abroad.but for financialmanagement performance evaluation has not formed a relatively perfect unifiedevaluation system.the method of new and high technology enterprise financialmanagement performance evaluation research, not only guide the healthy developmentof the high and new technology enterprise practical significance, but also rich financialmanagement performance evaluation theory perfect theoretical research value.In the previous financial management performance evaluation model research arefocus on financial management structure of the normative research, on the basis of theexperience of predecessors, this paper focus on the management performance evaluation,and introduces the evaluation model of correction, making the evaluation results morereal, more practical, the comparable.This paper is divided into six parts, the first chapter is the introduction part,introduces its research background and purpose, the introduction of the aspects of thetheory of domestic and foreign research at present. This paper also introduced theresearch train of thought and the research method. The second chapter introduced therelated theoretical foundation, and the concept of high and new technology, defined itsconcept. Introduced the high and new technology enterprise financial managementtheory. The third chapter to the present investigation part, firstly analyzed the high andnew technology enterprise financial management of the performance evaluation of thestatus, and then put forward existing problems and analysised the reason. The fourthchapter is the design part of index, first on the classification of the index selection, fromfinancial indexes and non-financial indicators selected two aspects, and gives themeaning of each index and calculation formula. Then use subjective and objectiveweights assignment method, formed the evaluation index system model. The fifthchapter is the case analysis part, the headquarters is divided into practical applicationpart, the selection of the10biological medicine class listed companies as the researchobject, carries on the comprehensive evaluation to the construction of the index systemis verified by the practical significance. The sixth chapter is the conclusion part, according to the reseach, this paper put forward the main point of view, of theinsufficiency in research and innovation place, in view of the existence the question putforward countermeasures and Suggestions to perfect.
