In the era of globalization,the development level of a country's high-tech industry has a profound impact on the development of its economy,the enhancement of comprehensive national strength and the improvement of people's living standard.In recent years,the coal market downturn.Shanxi Province's “one single large coal” industry situation faces a huge impact.The government began to accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure,based on an important role in the development of high-tech industry to the local economy and society.New high-tech enterprises are different from general enterprises in the way of higher technology upgrading speed,lower rate of technological achievements,high risk and high investment characteristics,financing difficulties,all of the aspects affect the further development of enterprises.In this paper,the KB high-tech enterprise is a private enterprise in Shanxi province.Pharmaceutical industry related to people's livelihood and it has become one of the fastest growing industries in the national economy,also one of the most promising high-tech industries.With the KB enterprise grows step by step,the outside world has enhanced its attention,which causes higher demands for funds.The financing dilemma constraints the enterprise's development and expansion,thus how to solve this dilemma becomes crucial for KB companies.This paper takes KB company as the research object,with the current financing difficulties as the main research contents,according to logical thinking,explains the current situation reason analysis and solving problems to discuss how to solve the financing strategies of high-tech enterprises financing difficulties and optimization.Firstly,based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature on the theory of technological innovation,financial development theory,financing theory and enterprise life cycle theory,the paper conducts fundamental analysis to the enterprise KB's current operation and financial situation,understands the current enterprise financing to internal financing,external financing is complementary,risk investment supplement;find the existence of internal and external reasons of government support,direct financing,bank financing difficulties hindered risk investment,lack of motivation and the dilemma.Then,the paper analyzes the internal and external financing environment of the enterprise to understand the external environment of the enterprise,and objectively evaluate its own strength.Subsequently,the use of financial analysis means to predict the demand for funds,financing strategies proposed to improve the KB corporate financing strategy.Finally,the article puts forward the safeguard measures of KB enterprise financing strategy from four aspects,which are internal management,financial system,talent incentive and information resources.Through the research,due to the development stage of KB enterprises,lack of funds,the basic and financing environment,through analysis and comparison of various financing methods,the paper conducts the following conclusions:First,the survival and development of enterprises is closely related to the financing strategy,and the choice of financing strategies to meet their own operations has become an inevitable choice to solve the financing difficulties.Second,the enterprise's own funds and retained earnings cannot meet its funding gap currently,so it needs to implement scientific and effective external financing strategies to solve its financing difficulties.That is,in the debt financing strategy,flexible using of bank loans;in the equity financing strategy,the initial public offering of shares becomes its first choice.
