| Along with the continuous improvement of the status of human resourcemanagement in the enterprise, the focus of the business is no longer a profitablegrowth, as the final internal customers, the employees by the concern of the growingnumber of scholars and business managers. Employees’ satisfaction and commitmentand corporate performance are closely linked, and how to take effective means ofhuman resources to motivate employees, enhance employee job involvement is thefocus of this study. Therefore, we investigate from a theoretical and empirical supporthuman resource practices, and its dimensions and job involvement, and examinesthree psychological variables in an intermediary role between the two.Extensive literature review on the basis of the theoretical model and thecorresponding theoretical assumptions, the use of the maturity scale for the nature ofthe different enterprises of the various commercial banks in Jilin Province, withdifferent education levels, different positions of the227employees conducted aquestionnaire survey in order to obtain supporting the practice of human resources,psychological variables and the corresponding data input. And then use SPSS17.0software for data analysis and the outcome. The main conclusions are: the threedimensions of supportive human resource practices and job involvement wassignificantly positively correlated with the psychological significance, psychologicalsafety and psychological availability of fully mediated.Finally, on the basis of the conclusions of the study, this article from the fairrewards and punishments, employee participation and room to grow hair to the face ofcorporate management to propose new strategies and recommendations, in order tohelp enterprises to enhance their employees’ job involvement. |
