Along with the rapid development of market economy.enterprise’s core competitive ability directly affects the development of enterprise, talents as an important part of enterprise core competitive ability, has the most direct effect on the development of the enterprise. With the free flow barriers of stuff reducing,pepole’s employment concept is changing,employees are less likely to be loyal to their company,turnover has become a common phenomenon.How to reduce turnover intention and retain talents has become a urgent problem that human resource management practice need to solve.As a tool used to manage the human capital,HR practice directly or indirectly affects the employees’ behavior. Supportive human resources practice is a special mode of human resource practices which emphasizes that orgnazations can gain employee loyalty and high commitment through the implementation of a series of perceived support and care,and it’s put forward based on the social exchange theory.Thus,it can reduce employee turnover intention and voluntarily leaving behavior.This paper based on the research background,combing and analysis the theoretical achievements of human resources practice and employee turnover,define the supportive human resources management practices, employee turnover intention, organizational commitment and other related concepts,and take the organizational commitment as a intervening variable to construct the model of how the supportive human resource practices impact on employee turnover intention.Then put forward the assumptions,take F company staff as the empirical object and conduct a a questionnaire survey. We use the statistical method of correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model to test how the supportive human resource management impact on the employee turnover intention.Finally,we put forward some effective measures and suggestions to promote enterprise human resources practice according to the analysis results.
