As well known to all, foreign pharmaceutical companies are the pronoun oforiginal-developed drugs. They have developed many globally famous medicines and keepinvest a lot on new drugs’ research and development. These new drugs need to be known andused by clinical doctors. To make the doctors have a good knowledge of the relevantinformation about these drugs could expand the sales and make profits to cover the cost. Allthe information about the new drugs could not be known by itself, but the PharmaceuticalSales Representative can deliver all of them to the clinical doctors face to face in hospital.Then the latter could use these drugs to prevent desease and treat the patients in the right way.Meanwhile, the usage amount of these drugs could increase. According to the research, over80%information of the known new drugs are delivered by pharmaceutical salesrepresentative to the doctors, that’ s what makes sales representatives very important to thepharmaceutical companies. However, there are many factors to affect pharmaceutical salesrepresentatives to deliver the information accurately, such as social benefits of company,efficient communication with their leaders, professional knowledge of this job andquality&quantity of the training. Based on the Management, Marketing Management andother relevant monographs, the study is to work out the best policies to handle all the factorsthat affect the sales to deliver the information about the drugs in hospital, to maintain andimprove the sales and make the enterprise positively developed.
