| Evaluation research of the project is the scientific argument for the analysis oftechniques and economy for the project before the decision making for investment.The thesis focuses on confirming evaluation index indicators and evaluation modelunder the theory structure of evaluation of project of Hainan international tourismisland.Firstly, research background is analyzed, on the basis of which, literature reviewis made on project evaluation home and abroad, then, the mainly research content, andthe map of the thesis is also constructed. Evaluation of the project is defined, the maincontent of it is argued, and procedure of it is proposed, present comprehensiveevaluation methods are analyzed, and project of evaluation method of Hainaninternational tourism island is confirmed based on the character of evaluation of it.According to the principle and method of construction of index indicators, theprimary index system is constructed, and which is reduced based on theory of roughset, and the index system of evaluation of Hainan international tourism island isproposed. Based on theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, evaluation model ofHainan international tourism island is also proposed on single factor andcomprehensive factors, and comprehensive evaluation on Hainan internationaltourism island is made by using index system and method proposed above, so as toillustrate the method, and validate the method is scientific and applicable. Finally,thesis is summarized, and disadvantage of it is proposed, and future study is proposed. |
