The 21 st Century is the ocean century,and ocean island tourism has swept the globe.Island tourism,as a comprehensive industry with strong relevance,has become the primary choice for Island economic development and industrial structure transformation and upgrading.In December,2016 the State Council issued the "13th Five-Year" tourism development plan "that ask the government to develop the marine and waterfront tourism,intensify the development of island tourism investment and construct a number of island tourism destinations.Island tourism development began to enter the stage of rapid development,in China.The relative closeness of the island makes its ecosystems relatively fragile.The stability is poor,and it is difficult to recover after the destruction.The prosperity and development of the island tourism may face a series of problems such as the increase of the island's environmental pressure,the imbalance of the ecosystem and the pollution of the coastline.The way of carrying out tourism within the island's environmental carrying capacity is the key to the sustainable development of island tourism.Island tourism is not a pure tourism product.It has strong ocean charm and features of sea land landscape.It is a special island regional tourism system.When evaluating the carrying capacity of tourism environment,we should not only pay attention to the characteristics of the island itself,but also include the environmental carrying capacity of the sea area around the island.The dynamic evolution of island tourism carrying capacity is formed under the interaction of complex land sea tourism environment carrying capacity system.It has many aspects,such as multilevel,multi-level,dynamic and timeliness.Based on the theory of catastrophe,the entropy-catastrophe series method is used to construct the index system of island tourism environment carrying capacity,and the island tourism environment is carried out.Based on the theory of catastrophe,force,dynamic analysis and obstacle factor research.The results show that:(1)The dynamic changes in the environmental carrying capacity of the island tourism environment are not only influenced by the changes of the island's ecological environment,but also the social and economic factors such as the infrastructure construction,the tourism project development,the change of the travel ratio and the investment in science and technology also restrict the promotion and development of the island tourism environmental carrying capacity.Human activities have a great impact on the dynamic change of island tourism carrying capacity.The intervention of human activities can effectively regulate thecarrying capacity of island tourism environment.(2)During the different development periods of the island tourism,the main obstacles to the tourism environment carrying capacity are different.The development of the tourism industry,especially in the initial stage of the development of the tourism industry,the tourism resources is the island tourism environmental carrying capacity of the main obstacles to the tourism development of the rise,the main obstacle of island tourism environmental carrying capacity and more from the social and environmental aspects,when tourism development entered a stable stage of consolidation,the main obstacle of island tourism environmental carrying capacity is embodied in the development and the balance of innovation and island waters surrounding marine ecosystems such as the maintenance of the ecological environment and tourist attractions.Therefore,in the process of developing island tourism,the tourism development should be adjusted continuously to improve the carrying capacity of the island tourism environment,and to ensure the healthy and sustainable development.
