The Research Of The Sustainable Development Mode Of The Modern Ecological Agriculture In The Areas Surrounding The Metropolis

Based on the summary and study of the previous research both in domestic andabroad, considering the agricultural plan of the national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”,combining with the natural environment conditions of the areas surrounding thenational metropolis, taking the areas surrounding the metropolis as the research angleof view, this paper innovatively puts forward the ecological development mode of theareas surrounding the metropolis and analyzes the necessary conditions of developingthe modern ecological agriculture in these areas. Results show that the areassurrounding the metropolis accord with the necessary conditions of developing themodern ecological agriculture and each region should make feasible developmentpattern of modern ecological agriculture， according to their own actual situation.Development of the modern ecological agriculture in areas surrounding metropolishas various advantages. In the ecological aspect， it can balance the relationshipbetween environment and economic growth. In the economic aspect， it can increasethe income of peasants directly， optimize the industrial structure and narrow theincome gap between urban and rural areas. In the social aspect, it can promote thereform of the rural social security system and expand the scope of social securitybenefits. Taking the ba men cheng town in baodi district tianjin as an example,combining with its modern ecological agriculture demonstration garden， this paperestablishes adequate and reasonable index system and verifies the necessity andfeasibility of developing the modern ecological agriculture in areas surroundingmetropolis empirically, providing an example for other areas all over the country.In this paper, there are three main innovative points. First, this paper putsforward the sustainable development mode of modern ecological agriculture for areassurrounding the metropolis innovatively. Second, this paper analyzes the function ofmodern ecological agriculture in areas surrounding the metropolis. It not only meetneeds of metropolis on agricultural product, but also is a necessary outcome of thecoordinated development between economic growth and ecological environment inareas surrounding the metropolis. It also supplies a solid foundation for the adjustmentof industrial structure. Third, this paper analyses the feasibility of developing modernecological agriculture in areas surrounding the metropolis and the problems needed to be solved further, using the SWOT method. Forth, this paper establishes evaluationindex system of the modern ecological agriculture in areas surrounding the metropolis,supplying foreshadow for further implementation and improvement.
