Study On The Innovation Of Ideological And Political Working Mechanism For Young Workers In The State-owned Enterprises

With the establishment and improvement of socialist market economysystem since the Reform and opening up, the economic globalizationinfluence on state-owned enterprises are becoming more and moreobviously. The reform and development of state-owned enterprises arefacing more and more austere challenge under such circumstances. As themost dynamic and most creative groups in the workers system instate-owned enterprises， young workers’ ideological and politicalcondition will not only affect their ideological and moral standards, butalso have a profound impact on the reform and development of state-ownedenterprises.Therefore, ideological and political works on young workers instate-owned enterprise have a very important role. Ideological and politicalwork mechanism has some problems in operation, organization,competition, security, evaluation and feedback. Because of lacking in-depthanalysis of the characteristics of young workers; imperfect ideological and political work in the state-owned enterprise youth lack of innovation spiritand innovation consciousness. It not only caused difficulties to thedevelopment of the state-owned enterprises, but also makes the"materialism"," egoism"," hedonism " these negative values overspread inyoung workers.In order to do good jobs of young workers’ ideological and politicalwork in state-owned enterprise: Firstly, we should comply with the need ofdevelopment of era, using scientific methods and advanced managementtheory to grasp the whole ideological and political work mechanism underthe premise in adherence to the principle of party spirit. Secondly, we couldbuild a new ideological and political work of young workers mechanism byoptimizing the control mechanism, strengthen the leadership mechanism,improve the assessment mechanism, focusing on penetration mechanismand improve the security mechanisms of state-owned enterprises. Finally,we should pay more attention to strengthen the status and role ofideological and political organizations, use variety forms of activities tostrengthen publicity and education of young workers during the young workers ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises.
