The Seventeenth Party Congress Report says:"Strengthen and improve theideological and political work, pay attention to humane care and psychologicalcounseling and handle interpersonal relationships with the correct way."This is theParty to puts forward new requirements and new ideas to the ideological and politicalwork. It is the signal, the Party's ideological and political work change from theprevious notice to political education to not only political education but politicalhumanistic concern and psychological counseling, which fully embodies the Party'shumanism sentiments and thoughts.Based on the Marxist scientific theoretical guidance, this paper uses the literatureanalysis, comparative research and interdisciplinary research and so on.
