In recent years,with the rapid development of commerce in Zhangjiakou,the numberof store has been increasing dramatically. With the competition picking up and thecustomer contest cost rising in the market,the developing and protecting loyal customercolony has become the stores’ important strategy to win the market. The paper analyzesthe major influencing factors of customer loyalty for Zhangjiakou Di Da Store (ZJKDDS)by using the latest research result. Then an influencing factor model of customer loyalty isproposed for ZJKDDS. And based on the questionnaire, the model is tested.This paper mainly includes the following three aspects:Taking the theoreticalresearch at home and abroad as references,this paper establishes a model of theinfluencing factors of customer loyalty for ZJKDDS and a hypothesis is put forward;Secondly,Based on the data collected from questionnaire, the model is analyzed and testedby SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0. Finally According to the analysis of the current customerloyalty for ZJKDDS, strategies of improving the current customer loyalty for ZJKDDS.Through the above research,the main conclusions are as follows: The storecustomer loyalty is affected by a variety of factors which include customer satisfaction,customer value, quality of service, brands and shopping environments, and they havedirect or indirect effects on customer loyalty. These factors of the store customer loyaltyalso affect between each other. The strategies of improving the current customer loyaltyfor ZJKDDS are the following main parts: strengthening the management of the storequality, fully improving the customer satisfaction, upgrading the brands trusts, increasingthe customer values and protecting the shopping environments. These strategies not onlyare good for improving the customer loyalty for ZJKDDS, but also provide a certainreference for other stores which cultivate the customer loyalty.
