Study On Inventory Financing In Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

Along with the development of society and the economy, small andmedium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are playing an increasingly important role in manyaspects, such as promoting economic growth of China, increasing employment andmaintaining social stability both in developed and developing countries. But manyproblems also exist in the small and medium enterprises, financing difficulties hasbecome the largest bottleneck which hinders the development of small and mediumenterprises.On the basis of current situation and characteristics of the financing difficultiesof SMEs, this article focuses on the causes of financing difficulty of small andmedium enterprises, as well as the Government’s relevant policies and measures, andproposes new ways to solve the financing difficulty of SMEs--inventory financing. Asthe most important financing way of supply chain financial，inventory financing hasopened the new development space. this article reviews related theory of supply chainfinancial and inventory financing, and describes its features and research status, thisleads SMEs the risk of inventory financing business and its produced causes andfeatures, then establishes assessment index system of inventory financing risk, andgets the conclusion of the article by Structural Equation Modeling.The main innovation points of this article is the establish of assessment indexsystem of inventory financing risk, based on the status of SMEs financing difficultand the features of market economy development, considering the cooperation ofenterprise itself, social environment and supply chain, this article builds the model ofinventory financing risk, and analyses the effect degree of all effect factors throughStructural Equation Modeling, it provides the solving thought of SMEs financingdifficult problem, and provides direction for risk assessment of inventory financing inChina.
