Research On The SMEs' Supply Chain Financing Service

The paper firstly analyse the difficulty in SMEs'financing in China and its main reason, and then points out that at present in China, the more feasible way to resolve the problem is for the commercial banks to develop the new financial products and financing project in order to meet the special needs of SMEs financing, and therefore reslove the problem in SMEs financing.After study the paper finds out that the new way in SMEs financing, the"Finance Services of Supply Chain", can improve the"information symmetries"in the credit market and resolve the problem of the lack of mortagage in SMEs financing and therefore it can be an efficient and effective way to resolve the SMEs financing problem in China. Then the paper mainly introduce the definition, characteristic, the running pattern and the advantages of the"Finance Services of Supply Chain", and also make analyse on the case of the"1+N Finance Services of Supply Chain"which developed by the Shenzhen Development Bank. After that the paper also gives suggestion and the countermeasure for the commercial banks in China to develop SMEs finnancing services.Base on the study and the analyse on the case, at last the paper make the conclusion that at present the"Finance Services of Supply Chain"will be a feasible and good way to resolve the difficulty in SMEs financing in China.
