| Since China became a member of World Trade Organization after2001, theinternational development of oil economy in China has made great progress; theeconomic effect of oil enterprise has a direct influence on the price of oil, firms’profitand the development of national economy. Besides, along with oil resource’s gradualdepletion, oil exploration has entered into the later stage which leads to production’snatural decline. Thus, it’s of great necessary to make up the reduction by increasingeconomic efficiency. A large amount of research has been done on efficiency analysisin enterprises, colleges and research organizations. However, most of them focus onthe research methods and model construction, which lead to the lack of a flexibleefficiency evaluation system to support conduct evaluation.First, this thesis introduces the background and significance of efficiencyanalysis in China, analyze the present situation, define the structure and purpose.Second, it introduces some basic theory related to efficiency, including theory ofindustry life circle, fluctuation detection and early warning of economic index,scenario analysis and so on. Moreover, the thesis makes a summary of efficiencyanalysis, proposes an integral and comprehensive set of enterprise’s efficiencyanalysis index system, construct an analysis model based on discounted cash flowmodel. Finally, the thesis gives an introduction of efficiency evaluation and analysissystem based on the efficiency evaluation and analysis model. The main contributionsof this thesis can summarized as follows:1. We proposed a set of general index systems and an efficiency evaluationmodel based on life cycle theory and discounted cash flow model.2. We built an efficiency evaluation system to support multi-domain efficiencyanalysis with the modern computer technology, which provides a diversified analysismethod including uncertainty analysis, comparative analysis and analysis report, tosupport the decision of the companies. |
