And also put application of project management thoughts into the entire project for management。At last aim at the implementation of SAP system in the company, it is proposed SAP methodology by business blueprint。MUYANG GROUP as feed industry in China the first, world second, on the global feed industry have a certain visibility, so, its ERP implementation process, method for manufacturing enterprise has certain reference significance. This paper analyzes the MUYANG GROUP’s business processes and system operation condition, and the combination of long-term corporate strategic development, business process has been redefined and restructuring, the implementation of SAP model, process management into the SAP implementation process and application of project management theory to guide the whole project implementation to improve the implementation of the likelihood of success, the final proposed to business process blueprint for the idea of SAP implementation methods, finally combined with the specific implementation, will present the SAP implementation methodology and project management, application management and some other advanced management ideas, guide tools that combine, will focus on business blueprint design, puts forward a set of adaptive, inheritance, can have the operation of SAP system implementation plan, intended for domestic manufacturing enterprises to provide a practical application of scientific management tools to achieve the implementation of SAP reference model.
