Based On Game Analisis For Selection Of Logistics Industry Convergence Models

With the rapid development of technology, industry convergence is deep-going. as thethird industry, logistics industry is inevitable fusing too.The mode selection of logisticsindustry convergence is the important aspects of the practice,so the correct choice hasimportant significant for deepening integration of the logistics industry and thedevelopment of logistics enterprises.The main content of this paper: Defined the concept of industry integration, logisticsindustry integration and logistics industry integration mode, then contact the currentsituation of China’s logistics industry to analyse the main problem of logistics enterpriselogistics in logistics industry integration and to find main reasons: that is lacking of a clearunderstanding for the model of logistics industry integration and the research aboutselection method of logistics industry fusion mode. In light of this, proposed the selectionobjectives, principles and selection process of the logistics industry convergence modeselection.in the process, the basic analysis is done for the model and conditions to clearthem, then to construct game analysis model respectively under perfct information andincomplete information conditions, Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process areused to determine the main parameters in the model. in accordance with the selectionprocess of logistics industry fusion modes, testing the incomplete information selectionmodel with a case: Delphi method is used to estimate the probability of logistics industryconvergence value level,AHP is used to constructed impact factors index system withreference to fusion conditions. combined the fuzzy matrix multiplier characteristicstransitivity to estimate the main parameters of the game model, through solving the gamemodel come to the gains of different strategies.then we can judge which is the best modefrom the gains.Finally, the main conclusions of this study. Game analysis method is proposed in this paper, it can solve the problem of multipledecision-making body’ rational behavior and their balance when their behavior interacteach other., combined with modes of the logistics industry integration, form a set ofselection theory for logistics industry fusion mode. The results of this study supplymethodological support for logistics companies how to choose the model of logisticsindustry integration.It’s helpful to improve objectivity, Scientific and feasibility of logisticscompanies’ decision-making.
