Since reform and opening up, private enterprises in the national economy status become increasingly important both in the activation of market competition and increase in national income. With the further development of the knowledge economy and globalization, The high-tech enterprises played a particularly important role in national economy. They played a significant role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of China’s traditional industries, and enhanced the international competitiveness of our enterprises. Private high-tech enterprises in China are not strong financing capacity, and the financing structure is not reasonable, all of these affected the development of high-tech enterprises in China. Especially in the context of today’s financial crisis, survival and development of the private high-tech companies face a huge challenge. It is of great practical significance to study the problem of financing of private enterprises.From a practical point of view, the funds become the decisive factor in the development of high-tech enterprises. However, the difficult problem of financing has become the most important problem that facing the development of private high-tech enterprises. How to improve the difficult problem of financing of private high-tech enterprises, and create a fair、reasonable and efficient enterprise financing environment has become the key to the development of private high-tech enterprises, and thus affect the process of national economic development.The article conducts private high-tech enterprises, Clarifies the definition, classification and finance theory of financing, and analyzes the characteristics and development of the private high-tech enterprises, intends to use a variety of data to analyze the exogenous financing of private high-tech enterprises in various ways-fiscal financing, banking financing, equity financing, bond financing, and other informal means of financing. On the basis of analysis of the mode of financing, the article explores the present situation of the financing of private high-tech enterprise, and analysis all aspects of the reasons for private high-tech enterprises financing difficulties. Finally, this paper attempts to solve the problem of financing of private high-tech enterprises from two aspects, one standing on a national perspective, to explore the difficulty of private high-tech corporate finance policies and measures from external, is standing private enterprise’s own point of view, to explore the enterprise’s own financial growth process and the financing structure from the internal continuous improvement.Hope that this study can promote private high-tech corporate finance research further, and develop the theory of financing of private enterprises, and further improve the system of private high-tech corporate finance. And hope that it can solve the financing of private high-tech enterprises and promote its rapid development. So solving the financing problem of the private enterprises effectively will exert a positive influence for the private enterprises’ lasting sound development.
