Real-estate industry as a pillar industry is developing rapidly in our country, however,in the process of its development, a serious of problems in terms of society and economycaused, under the circumstance, my thesis tries to calculate the contribution rate of bothreal-estate industry and construction industry to our national economy objectively, as to doan objective appraisal to the pillar status of real-estate industry in Beijing, then offer somekinds of suggestion about its development direction in the future, and also some guides wecan follow.My thesis bases on several theories about the relationship between industry andnational economy, first of all, analyze the developed situation and characters qualitativelyabout real-estate industry and construction industry in Beijing market, then do aquantitative analysis about their contribution rate to national economy in Beijing. My viewin this thesis is that the statistical range in current standard statistical principle can notcover all the contents in real-estate industry in our country, so my thesis defines a narrowreal-estate industry which is formulated by current standard statistical principle, and thenbreak the boundary between the secondary industry and the third industry, add parts ofcontribution rate produced by construction industry to real-estate industry to get a generalreal-estate industry, the one which is more meets the actual condition about real-estateindustry in our country. Finally, I do a comparison about contribution rate in narrowdefinition and general definition for both real-estate industry and construction industry.The result shows that the contribution rate of narrow real-estate industry and narrowconstruction industry are8.22%and3.51%, and contribution rate of general real-estateindustry and narrow construction industry are9.90%and2.34%, so the contribution rate ofboth narrow real-estate industry and general real-estate industry are higher thanconstruction industry, the impact and effect are obvious in real-estate industry in Beijing,we should view real-estate industry as pillar industry continue in Beijing;Here gets anotherconclusion: this phenomenon is not suitable to every city in our country, it has bigrelationship with local development level about society and economy, so when we makethe industry development planning, we should divide different conditions, and make thesuitable planning for the exact area.
