Under the new normal of China's economy,the construction industry accelerates the pace of transformation and upgrading.The rapid development of the construction industry,not only promoting the growth of the national economy,accelerating the process of city construction,creating a lot of jobs,but also leading to the development of a large number of related industries and it plays a huge role in promoting the development of the national economy.The relevant data defines the construction industry category since 1996 to 2015.The paper analyzes the factors influencing the construction of economic growth.This paper expounded the status of input-output of construction industry in our country.Through the contrast between construction in various provinces and cities in China,construction and other industries of contrast and comparison of China and other countries construction data,analyzes the problems existing in the construction industry input-output.By comparing the three calculation methods of production function,index system and direct calculation,the C-D production function model is selected and modified to extract the technical factors.By considering the data of possible problems,to choose capital,labor,technology and output indicators,and deal with the indicators,to eliminate unreasonable data,using SPSS20.0 software to carry out regression analysis,get the coefficient of each index,the calculation of each factor input growth rate,and the technology of China's provinces and cities in the construction industry and the contribution rate of China's construction other elements of industry contribution rate and contribution rate of contrast analysis by using the C-D production function of original C-D production function and correction,comparison of technology contribution rate between before and after the correction,reasons for the impact of the construction industry output growth analysis,and according to the research results put forward reasonable suggestions.This study modifies the C-D production function,constructs a new form of function and analyzes the development of China's construction industry in the past 20 years.The annual change rate from the contribution of China's technology,China's construction industry has 5 years of technology cycle.The contributions from various provinces and cities rate results,the development of technology of China's construction industry in the East West High low ladder like distribution in the region.By calculating the average Chinese capital contribution rate was 31.98%,the average labor contribution was 48.52%,the average technical contribution rate was 18.27% and the other elements of the contribution rate of 1.23%.It shows that the contribution of capital and labor factor to construction industry in China is larger,and the contribution of technology is smaller.
